About Us
Hurstwood Park League of Friends  was originally formed in November 1971 as a charitable trust to aid patients who were in need of assistance and to support the charitable work of Hurstwood Park Neurological Centre.

Today, the League of Friends is soley concerned with raising funds for and highlighting the good work of Hurstwood Park Neurological Centre.

As a charitable trust, all monies raised go directly towards purchsing equipment for the Hurstwood Park which directly benefits our patients.

Mr Brian Gubbin became Chairman of the League of Friends in 1994.  Since then he and his wife Sue have worked tirelessly to raise the profile of the League of Friends.  In the last 12 years, the League has raised nearly £2,000,000 which has all gone towards the purchase of equipment used in theatre, on the wards and also to improve facilities at Hurstwood Park for patients.

Hurstwood Park League of Friends is a Registered Charity No 263171.  Further information on the Charity are available under the Central Register of Charities.
